Alps-Maritimes proudly claims its ambition to position itself as one of France's leading cycling tourism destinations.


More than 20 itineraries have been developed; no less than 1,800 kilometres of cycle routes have been developed to accommodate all types of public:

families, sports enthusiasts and tourists.


Mountain bikers will be delighted with more than 30 circuits representing nearly 2000 marked kilometres.  
The EuroVelo network and its European cycle routes include more than 15 long-distance routes.

Bicycle routes lead you from one city to another along the coast or in the countryside.


The most athletic will be satisfied by more than fifty passes.

This trail near the seaside is accessible to the youngest. You will discover unknown aspects of
the Var River and its tributary, the Esteron.

The departmental natural park of La Valmasque
is located in Valbonne and Mougins and occupies 432 hectares

This tour is accessible to all and allows you to discover the different sites of the municipality of Villeneuve-Loubet

The unmissable Promenade des Anglais!


It is impossible to miss the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. It is ideal for discovering one of the most famous seafront with your family; this cycle
path runs along the Baie des Anges and the beaches, between the port
of Nice and the airport.


The road is flat, children can ride their bikes without difficulty. Mountain bike enthusiasts can ride the track for several kilometres, from the port of Nice to Cagnes-sur-Mer.

The Esterel massif is located in the countryside of the Cannes region. The cycle route extends from the Var to the Alpes Maritimes. This is a sporting course but you can take your time. It includes roads that will reveal a rare landscape, the natural heritage of the Cote d'Azur in all its splendour. You drive on the paths in the land and then continue on the cycle paths that overlook the peaks.


At the end of the road: 
a breathtaking view of the blue Mediterranean sea. 

The route of Mont Vinaigre - at an altitude of 620 m - or the Saoumes trail,
also known as the Monges trail.

or the Corniche de l'Esterel is a quality location that offers trips that are up to any challenge.

Engraved in the rock facing the sea, the corniche d'Or links Cannes to
Saint-Raphael. The trails are well marked, mountain bikers will discover many trails that will lead them to the Var.
